Our Curriculum
At Little Scholars Child Development Center, we use the FunShine Express® Curriculum—a nationally recognized, research-based early learning curriculum designed to support the development of the whole child through play, exploration, and intentional teaching. FunShine Express aligns with state early learning standards and provides age-appropriate activities that are engaging, educational, and fun. Our Preschool curriculum blends play-based learning with school-readiness goals. Children develop literacy and math skills, critical thinking, creativity, and emotional regulation. The classroom environment promotes collaboration, self-expression, and independence.
4 & 5 YEAR OLD CLASSROOMS

The Pre-K program is designed to ensure children are prepared academically, socially, and emotionally for kindergarten. We use a structured curriculum aligned with state standards, focusing on early reading, math, science, and fine motor skills—all within a fun, supportive environment.

Is designed to support the growing independence, curiosity, and social development of children ages 5 to 12. With a focus on creating a safe, engaging, and enriching environment, we offer a structured yet flexible program that complements each child’s academic journey while providing opportunities for exploration, creativity, and fun.
At Little Dreamers Learning Center, our toddler program is designed to inspire curiosity, independence, and social skills in a fun and nurturing environment. Toddlers are encouraged to explore their world through hands-on activities that promote language development, fine and gross motor skills, and early cognitive growth. With a focus on building self-confidence and creativity, our caregivers guide each child through interactive play, art, music, and simple problem-solving tasks. Little Dreamers provides a secure space for toddlers to develop socially, emotionally, and intellectually, all while building strong foundations for future learning.
At Little Dreamers Learning Center, our preschool program fosters a love for learning through a well-rounded curriculum that emphasizes creativity, critical thinking, and social development. Children are introduced to early literacy, math, science, and the arts, all in an engaging, hands-on way that sparks curiosity and exploration. Our experienced educators provide a balanced mix of structured activities and free play, helping preschoolers build self-confidence, problem-solving skills, and positive relationships with their peers. Little Dreamers creates a nurturing, fun-filled environment where young learners develop the skills they need for a smooth transition to kindergarten and beyond.
Little Dreamers Learning Center offers a safe, fun, and enriching before and after school program that provides a seamless transition for school-age children. Before school, children enjoy a calm and supportive environment where they can engage in quiet activities, get help with homework, or prepare for their day ahead. After school, we provide a variety of engaging activities including arts and crafts, physical play, games, and group projects, offering plenty of opportunities for creativity and socialization. Our dedicated staff ensures that children are well cared for while also supporting their academic and social growth in a positive, relaxed atmosphere.
